- CCCN1 (Catering Core): The essential starting point for all commercial catering gas work.
- CoDC1 (Catering Changeover): Designed for those transitioning from other gas sectors into the catering industry.
- Comcat 1: Focused on the installation, servicing, and commissioning of commercial catering cookers.
- Comcat 3: Specialist training for gas fryers, covering common faults and safety protocols.
- Comcat 5: Advanced training for forced draught catering equipment.
- CMCLP1 (LPG Mobile Catering): The gold standard for food trucks and mobile kitchen setups.
- Note: Candidates MUST hold both Catering and LPG qualifications to undertake this course.
