Personalised Support for Your Exams
When you book your course, simply let our team know how we can best assist you. We offer a range of accommodations tailored to your specific needs:
- Non-Technical Readers: If you struggle with reading or interpreting exam questions, you are welcome to bring your own non-technical reader, please include this request during the booking process so we can accommodate and confirm. Alternatively, one of our friendly team members will be happy to step in and assist you for the day, however an extra cost will be added to your course fee; subject to discussion during the booking process.
- Individual Exam Environment: In order to support each candidate reach their highest level of confidence whilst sitting exams, we offer the opportunity to request an individual room. Whether it’s to calm nerves, support with health conditions or provide a quiet space for you and a reader, we can accommodate.
- Visual Aids: We provide a variety of coloured overlays and reading rulers to help reduce visual stress and improve reading clarity for those who find these beneficial. Please ensure these needs are communicated with our office team before starting your course.
